This year's Italian Festival was the best one yet! The venue at Rancho Mirage community park was the setting for the sixth annual festival. Weather was perfect with more food choices and music that set the mood. The U.S. National Anthem was the first music of the day followed by the Italian National Anthem.

As you walked by all the food vendors you were trying decided what is the first thing to try for lunch.

Something light like a slider or go for the sausage sandwich. Maybe a root beer float? Mario's cannoli? Beer or wine? Decisions to make with the voice of Frank DeSilvo of Frank's Place singing all those great old songs in the background, including some favorites by Dean Martin and Frank Sinarta. "Frank's Place" is located in Indian Wells.
