Appreciate the harmony that inspired Dante’s immortal masterpieces, and explore the diverse voices of Italian music, from the Renaissance to the age-old melodies of folk songs. Featuring Giulio Ongaro, Ph.D., dean of Chapman’s College of Performing Arts; Francesco Ciabattoni, Ph.D., director of Italian Graduate Studies, Georgetown University; Alessandro Carrera, Ph.D., director of Italian Studies, University of Houston; and Michela Musolino, Sicilian-American folk singer.
