I am delighted that the Walt Disney Family Museum will present the exhibition Bruno Bozzetto: Animation, Maestro! from November 21, 2013 to April 7, 2014. Mr. Bozzetto is one of Italy's most cherished animators whose prolific career includes the creation of Mr. Rossi, "a middle-aged man who appeals to most viewers and audiences" as he describes the character. Of his numerous animated movies, "Allegro Non Troppo" received worldwide recognition as Italy's answer to the famous "Fantasia" by Walt Disney.
It is, then, especially fitting that Mr. Bozzetto is being honored at the Walt Disney Family Museum, which is conveniently located in San Francisco's Presidio. Click here for tickets!
