
For the fifth consecutive year, local waste service company J. P. Mascaro & Sons will sponsor Norristown's Columbus Day Celebration. The event will be held on Monday, Oct. 13, at 11:15 a.m. at the borough's Christopher Columbus Commemorative Monument in the Elmwood Park, Harding Boulevard and Sterigere Street. This years keynote speaker for the event will be Montgomery County Sheriff Russell J. Bono.
Also, for event attendees, Mascaro will hosting a luncheon immediately following the ceremony at its corporate headquarters building at 2650 Audubon Road, Audubon, in Lower Providence Township.
