The Italian American Heritage Club of Hunterdon County will meet on Tuesday, Feb. 16, at 6:45 p.m., at The Farm House at The Grand Colonial on Rt. 173 in Asbury. Kevin Corcoran, owner of Artista Salumeria in Chester, will be the guest speaker.
Corcoran will speak about the traditional regional Italian classics he sells. Some of their specialties include handmade pasta, house-made sausage and meatballs, Artisan cheeses, breads and cured meats. Artista captures the best of the great Italian tradition of hospitality, quality and simplicity at the table.
