James J. Gruccio Sr., Aldo Falasca and Danielle (Falasca) Sneathen are this year’s Spirit of Achievement Award winners, selected by the Italian Cultural Foundation of South Jersey. The accolades will be presented during the 32nd Annual Gala Ball set for Nov. 23 at the Greenview Inn at Eastlyn.
Honorees are selected from nominations submitted by the public, said Piera Gravenor, a foundation member. To be considered, contenders must be of Italian heritage, excel in service in one or more fields, and exhibit strong family values and exceptional moral character. This year, Falasca and Sneathen are making foundation history as the first siblings to share the spotlight, Gravenor said.
