Italian culture, food and music will be on full display in Bayonne this weekend, and it's all for a good cause. Bayonne's inaugural Italian Festival will benefit lupus awareness with a family friendly event featuring children's events, food vendors and a free concert. The festival will take place on July 16 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at DiDomenico-16th Street Park in Bayonne.
Youngsters will enjoy face painting and bouncy houses while food is served up by vendors Gina Foods, Zeppos, Hoboken Cucina, Just Delicious KettleCorn and more. The concert, which will be hosted by Smokin Joe and Big Daddy DJ Rey, will start at noon and feature artists Lime, David Eric, Freestyle Sergio and Dani Dante.
