Italian Heritage Month Recognized In Caldwell

Students in Eric Lavin’s Italian class at James Caldwell High School’s took the initiative to ask that Mayor John Kelley and the borough council officially commemorate Italian Heritage Month, which began Oct 15.
The students requested that the Italian flag be flown on the Village Green. Mayor Kelley and the council readily agreed and the flag raising ceremony was held Friday afternoon.
