The house on Albion Place in Atlantic City is surrounded by cops. Upstairs, downstairs, outside on the street. All having a great time, as I am on this summer-like March evening.
"There's no place like this,'' says one policeman inside Chef Vola's, a stop on our epic search for N.J.'s best Italian restaurant. Chef Vola's is one of our 40 semifinalists; the 10 finalists will be announced this Monday, March 14.
