The spread of coronavirus across the U.S. has taken a particularly hard toll on one New Jersey family. According to the New York Times and NJ Advance Media, a New Jersey mother and two of her children died within days of each other after becoming infected with COVID-19.
Grace Fusco, 73, died Wednesday night just hours after her son, Carmine Fusco, died from the virus and five days after her daughter, Rita Fusco-Jackson, 55, died, according to a relative who spoke to the New York Times. Four more of Fusco's children remain hospitalized from the coronavirus, with three in critical condition, according to the newspaper.
