Just because the temperatures are back in the 90s doesn't mean you have to hide indoors. Organizers with the inaugural Italian Heritage Summer Festival say they've got ways you can beat the heat and still enjoy the outdoors. "We're ordering more ice, " says Organizer Sos Codispoti. He says you don't have to be Italian to enjoy the day.
"There's food, rides and music. We have entertainers from Naples and an entertainer’s that brings back the king of cool, Dean Martin." And if you're not dressed properly for the scorching heat, no worries. Barbara Dellitalia is from New York. She's showcasing her summer wear. "We have hats, dresses... there's something for everyone, " she said.
