Gary's St. Mary of the Lake to stay open in 'a medium-size miracle'

Even though he's in the business of miracles, Diocese of Gary Bishop Donald J. Hying says he doesn't expect them every day.
Hying celebrated what he termed "a medium-size miracle" Sunday with parishioners of St. Mary of the Lake Church, proclaiming the once-doomed church financially and spiritually viable and saying its doors will stay open.
