Candidates seeking the political endorsement of the Italian American Political Coalition are invited to appear for an interview at the upcoming endorsement session held Saturday, September 6, 2014, at the Diplomat West, located at 681 West North Avenue in Elmhurst, Illinois. Interviews will be ten minutes in length, beginning at 9:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m., followed by an afternoon session from 1:00 p.m. and concluding at 2:30 p.m.
The Italian American Political Coalition (IAPC) was founded in 1994 as a means of providing a political voice for the Italian-American community. The IAPC publishes election endorsements for a variety of political candidates for both local and national positions.
