The Italian Cultural Garden in Rockefeller Park in Cleveland, OH was dedicated in 1930, "as a symbol of the contribution of Italian culture to American democracy." In 2007, civic volunteers united to begin a $1.2 million restoration of this three- acre Renaissance Cultural Garden, the most used by the public of 70 acres of gardens in the park.
Large stone pavement designs, (below are photos of 2 of the 8) circle the main Renaissance fountain and are in need of restoration to eliminate a trip hazard for the public to be replaced with colored mosaic designs. Restoration cost is $15,000. All donations are tax-deductible. The Italian Cultural Garden Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit foundation.
