Italy's healthy, top quality Piedmontese beef has found its way to Royal Oak, MI. In a new video by Monty's Beef Company, owner Rachel Leemis bares her passion for the vegetarian-fed, free range cattle she first discovered in the Piedmont region of Italy and eventually brought back to Michigan.
"What our company is really focused on," Leemis says, "is providing the highest quality and 100% integrity for the breed as it was intended to be. And as a result, we allow people to experience the full flavor, health benefits, and true quality of Piedmontese beef."
