Dozens of southeast Kansans celebrate Italian culture with food this afternoon.
"Too often what we see is our parents and our grandparents had certain traditions that maybe our younger people don't carry on. And so, by hosting these kinds of events we're able to make sure that that heritage lives on," says Linda Grilz, co-host of the Italian Exhibit at The Miner's Hall Museum.
The Miner's Hall Museum consistently holds these quarterly exhibits. The next nationality they're expecting to cover is French cuisine.
