
The following press release was issued by the City of Medford: "Mayor Michael J. McGlynn today announced plans for the opening of the new, state of the art Department of Public Works Facility, which will be dedicated in memory of Former Mayor Alfred P. Pompeo, Sunday, May 3, 2015, at 1:00 PM, at 21 James Street.
The dedication ceremony will feature Medford's Alumni Band, under the direction of Mrs. Marsha Caron, representatives from the United States Army, as well as, members of the Pompeo Family."
