Titled “Dante: A Journey Among Lost, Revealed, and Rediscovered Stars,” the evening will offer a theatrical reading in Italian that brings the universal themes of Dante’s masterpiece to life.

The event will be introduced by Father Luigi Portarulo, spiritual leader of the Italian community in New York, who will guide the audience into the symbolic and spiritual depth of Dante’s journey.

Taking center stage is Massimiliano Finazzer Flory, internationally renowned actor, director, and writer, known for merging theater and literature in performances that remain faithful to the expressive power of the original while engaging contemporary audiences.

The reading will be accompanied by the evocative cello music of Julia Kent, a globally recognized Canadian musician whose signature style blends classical and electronic sounds to create emotional and immersive atmospheres.

This event is organized in collaboration with the Dante Alighieri Society and We the Italians and is part of the international Jubilee initiatives, under the patronage of the GTF – Youth, Territory, and Faith program and the official campaign "Pilgrims of Hope."
