On Sunday, New York’s 56th governor, Andrew Cuomo, gave another televised speech from Albany and ended it with how to find a silver lining during quarantine. In a rare twist, the governor shared a personal recommendation: spaghetti, meatballs, and sausage with family.
“Everybody talks about how the Italians love the food. That’s true,” he said. “But really they love bringing the family together, and the food was the way that people came together.“ The Governor Cuomo gushed about the family’s Sunday tradition, one he kept going, even after a divorce.
