On March 31, 2015, John Cabot University (JCU) hosted their annual Gala at the Union League Club in New York City. This year Mr. John Catsimatidis, Hon. Robert J. Del Tufo and Min. Natalia Quintavalle were the guests of honor. JCU President Franco Pavoncello, Board of Trustees Chair Hon. Frank J. Guarini and Vice Chair WIlliam J. Martini presided over the event and issued special thanks to donors and supportors of the University.

Mr. John Catsimatidis is the CEO and Chairman of real estate company Red Apple Group, and CEO, owner, president and chairman of Gristedes Foods, Manhattan's largest grocery store chain. Hon. Robert J. Del Tufo was the attorney general of the State of New Jersey in the early 1990s, where he headed the Department of Law and Public Safety. Min. Natalia Quintavalle has been a diplomat for over 27 years, working with the United Nations and World Health Organization. She has been the Italian Consul General in New York since September 2011.
