
Join NOIAW member and Maestro D'Arte Francesco Santoro for a series of art classes and art history lectures in New York City this summer! Born in Italy, Francesco Santoro had a passion for art at a very young age. His formal art training began in the 1970's, and today his artistic philosophy remains linked to his interest in painting as a means of research and expression. Maestro Santoro has worked as an artist around the world.
He has been commissioned to paint the church of St. Nicholas in St. Petersburg, to fresco the Shrine of St. Anthony in Valencia, Venezuela, and to to design and build the Church of Our Lady Queen of Peace, in Delray Beach, among many other works. he founded the Academia de Arte Giovanni Battista Scalabrini in Valencia.
