The 14th annual Italian Festival will be held beginning at 9 a.m. Aug. 9, at Molinaro's Ristorante Pizzeria Caffe', 90 Walnut St. Some of the festivities planned for the event include a spaghetti eating contest, wine tasting contest, secret sauce contest, activities and games for children, live entertainment, delicious food from local vendors, a basket auction and a live auction.

Proceeds from the event benefit Roswell Park Cancer Institute, as well as a local community member battling cancer. Anyone interested in donating to this event is asked to contact Maria Fava via phone at 940-1045 or 438-0631 or by email MolinarosItalianFest@gmail.com. Donations of all kinds are being sought to help in the fight against cancer.
