The City of Buffalo has so much to offer. To name a few: the Art of Jazz by the Albright-Knox, Shakespeare in the Park, Allentown Art Festival, Larkinville, Taste of Buffalo and, of course, the Elmwood Strip. I would add the Italian Festival to that list, but a change in venue was made recently by dignitaries and various organizers.
I don’t know why you would want to hold the Italian Festival at the Outer Harbor instead of on Hertel Avenue, a location that has been so successful. Drinks at Lombardo’s outside area, grilled Italian sausage at Johnny’s or eating a delicious Muscoreil’s cannoli as you were walking down Hertel are just a few of the treats I so enjoyed.
