WINNER OF THE 2017 EDITION OF PREMIO NY-NY PRIZE: DANILO CORREALE / REVERIE. The Premio New York brings promising emerging Italian artists to New York for a residency at the ISCP Gallery (International Studio and Curatorial Program) in Brooklyn, with the support of the Academy, the Italian Cultural Institute in New York, and—in Italy—the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism.
Reverie, on the Liberation from Work is a two-chapter guided hypnosis exercise aimed at deeply relaxing your body and mind, in preparation for a future without work. Think of Reverie as a tool to help you visualize what a life freed of work can be. This hypnotic exercise will guide you on a peaceful journey of the mind to explore the realm of a post-work society, where work is no longer needed, and where the dream of universal basic income has finally succeeded. Using this album, in the privacy of your home, you can learn an age-old ritual, greatly helpful in becoming more alert, refreshed, and more prepared to join collectively higher challenges.
