The second annual Italian Heritage Day was held Sunday at the Rochester Public Market in partnership with Cugini di Roc. Attendees enjoyed classic Italian fare while attending cooking demonstrations, and an Italian language introduction hosted by Rochester Institute of Technology and Nazareth College’s Italian Programs.
Guests say the people were what made it so special. "The people that are here, says Nick Novellin, a fourth-generation Italian-American. "That's the beauty of the Italian American community is that there's just so much love."
