GiaNina Paolantonio's performance in "Matilda" on Broadway is mind-boggling. Literally. The 10-year-old from Oakhurst plays Amanda Thripp in the hit musical, a student who is memorably picked up and thrown by her pigtails by the evil headmistress Miss Trunchbull.
GiaNina is quick to single out that moment as her favorite in the show. The actor is tight-lipped about the workings of her famous stunt, but she does have a secret to tell about Christopher Sieber, who displays a menacing, commanding manner onstage as Miss Trunchbull.
