The Italian Cultural Foundation at Casa Belvedere has joined with other leading organizations in an initiative called Save Columbus Day. This initiative was formed after the City of Seattle recently voted to have an "Indigenous Peoples Day" on the same day as Columbus Day.

They were brave and courageous men, as were thousands of other Italian American heroes (INCLUDING YOUR PARENTS AND MINE).
