‘Team Marco’ filmmakers to host Staten Island celebration to mark movie’s nationwide release

To kick off the nationwide release of “Team Marco,” a family film shot entirely on Staten Island, the filmmakers will host a virtual event benefiting the St. George Theatre’s relief fund, which was established in the wake of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Boro Five will present the “Staten Island Celebration” at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21. The live stream will be available to view on Boro Five’s Facebook page, the St. George Theatre’s YouTube and Facebook pages, and Borough Hall’s Facebook page.
