For 20 years, Festa Italiana has filled the streets of historic Ybor City, celebrating Italian culture and heritage by showcasing cuisine from area restaurants, live entertainment, a variety of wines and spirits and an assortment of activities.

It was in the spring of 1997 that people first gathered in Centennial Park, 1800 E 8th Ave. for the inaugural Festa Italiana. Since then, the gathering has turned into crowds of people and those crowds will once again file into Centennial Park today (April 7), Saturday (April 8) and again on Sunday (April 9), for the main event.
