The Italian Club's upcoming benefit for its historic cemetery will emphasize headliners much more than it will headstones. Prominent Tampa names like La Russa, Lazzaro and Capitano embellish tombs at the Italian Club Cemetery, while a comedy skit with Joe Capitano Sr. — its former president — takes center stage.
The Italian Club annual Comedy Music Spectacular of the Year will also feature impersonators Keith and Ruby — the Las Vegas Legends Revue, who perform as Willie Nelson and Barbra Streisand — as well as Rick Chapman, who does impressions of Jack Benny and Johnny Carson.
