The Consulate General of Italy, in order to facilitate the access to the services rendered by the passport department to our citizens living in areas far away from Los Angeles, also this year is organizing - in collaboration with our local Honorary Consulate - a meeting in Phoenix to take the fingerprints of those who wish to apply for a new passport without having to come to our main Office.
The meeting will be held on November 3, 2016. All fellow citizens interested should schedule an appointment, by October 18, 2016. To schedule your appointment please send an email containing your first and last name, place and date of birth, telephone number and previous or current passport number (if applicable), telephone number and email to the following email addresses: Honorary Vice Consulate in Phoenix – phoenix.onorario@esteri.it
