Silicon Valley Italian Museum and Trade Hub is launched

We The Italians Ambassador, Charles Marsala, has launched a 4,950 square foot office dedicated to Italian Innovation and fostering Italian Trade.  Marsala has been President of the American-Italian Federation of the Southeast since 2019 and is a former Mayor of Atherton CA. 

He holds regional positions in NIAF, the Italian Sons and Daughters of America, and the Conference of Presidents of Major Italian American Organizations.  He owns www.585Glenwood.Com in Menlo Park, CA which houses the new museum. Private offices, Common Area, and Event Spaces.

Marsala graduated from Tulane University in Mechanical Engineering in 1982 and later the Stanford Executive Program for Growing Companies in 2000.  He stated: “Since 2019, I have been learning through national Italian-American Organizations, the Consulates, the Embassy, and Innovit the efforts Italy, Sicily, and the EU are making to increase Italian Trade. My buildings size and location in Menlo Park can complement the efforts of numerous organizations such as Innovit, The Italian Trade Agency, the Silicon Valley Italian Executive Council, The iTAL Foundaiton, the Italian Chamber of Commerce, The Business Association Italy America. The Museum component will inspire and educate people on Italian inventors and history.  That includes Columbia and Columbus Day. We will also promote Roots Tourism.

Since 2020, Marsala has been producing a TV Show on the Sicilian Migration to Louisiana and built self-guided tour apps of “Little Palermo” in New Orleans and the villages of Sicily, which the migrants left on their way to America.  His YouTube Channel is www.AWE.News.
