
The Membership Manager is a key position in the organization to further the NIAF mission throughout the Italian American community. The Membership Manager is responsible for maintaining member relations within the organization, strategizing new avenues for member enrollment, enrolling new members and proactively seeking and increasing memberships throughout the year.
The Membership Manager is responsible for all member services activities, including processing of annual membership dues, responding to all membership inquiries and managing fulfillment of all member products and benefits. Moreover, the Membership Manager serves as the staff liaison for NIAF’s regional officer structure.
