When Luca Papini started selling Italian leather products in Sioux Falls, his operations were limited to the trunk of his car. Fast-forward five years and the entrepreneur and business owner is relocating Luca's Italian Leather Boutique to one of the most heavily-trafficked commerce centers in the state of South Dakota — 11th Street and Phillips Avenue.
Papini this week finalized paperwork to move his business to 309 S. Phillips Avenue, just south of Minerva's and Paramount Cocktails. "We want to be in the middle of where people are," Papini said. "I need the traffic and that's where things are happening."
