Rosina, the family owned manufacturer of frozen Italian specialty foods is expanding, and recently broke ground on a new facility in West Seneca. This means new job opportunities for about 40 positions, and at Rosina employees get a chance to grow within the company.
Like Beth Williams, who started as a temporary associate in packaging. She's now a production supervisor. "I never would have thought that I would be running machinery," she said. "I started when I was 19 so this was really one of my first jobs and I spent half of my life here so I've been able to grow with the company."
