
ICA - italian- American company based in LA, NYC, and Italy For our office located in Midtown Manhattan we are looking for an administrative assistant with residence in New York City that will perform duties including but not limited to, answering phones and handling back office duties, such as completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning events.
The candidate will be working in coordination with our offices located in Los Angeles and Italy. In particular, the candidate will have to process a variety of documentation associated with department operations within designated timeframes and per established procedures, receive, review, record, type, and/or distribute documentation, enter data into computer systems.
An ideal candidate is young, highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information. A knowledge of Italian would be an asset. We are hiring for a full time position and the candidate would be required to start immediately.
