Cushman & Wakefield arranged a seven-year sublease on behalf of La Perla, a luxury fashion company, at Crown Acquisitions’ 120 Prince St. in SoHo. A Cushman & Wakefield team of Eric Le Goff, James Downey and Danielle Stiefel represented La Perla. Compass’ Robin Abrams represented the sublandlord, Saje.
“Even during these uncertain times, La Perla was able to secure a rare retail opportunity in order to raise the profile of the brand,” said Le Goff. “We’re thrilled for the company to reveal an innovative new retail concept.”
The luxury brand will occupy 1,000 square feet at 120 Prince. The new location is scheduled to open later this month.
