Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph Aquino, executive vice president, of Douglas Elliman's Retail Group have leased a grand, multi-level space at 45 East 58th Street to Caruso.

The new location will be the luxury label's first U.S. location, New York flagship and additionally house its showroom. Created by fashion impresario Umberto Angeloni, the Plaza District store is situated directly across from the Four Seasons Hotel and Brioni boutique.
