Roman decadence comes to Park Avenue with this recently listed condo. This apartment truly screams Italy, as it was designed by notable architect Leopoldo Rosati. The listing, by Douglas Elliman, describes the $7.5 million abode as a "Roman palace," due to its 15th-century church columns from Rome and hard-to-miss frescos.
Those frescoes are also from Rome and are by Italian artist Roberto Radici. They include a reproduction of the ancient Pompeiian work, "Sappho"; "Venus, Mars and Cupid"; and other ancient Pompeiian images.
