As the daughter of Italian immigrants, Ms. Youth has had an exciting career at the highest level of public service that is now bringing her back to her roots to serve as #2 at the US Embassy in Rome. The combined wisdom and experience of Ms. Youth and Ms. Loiacono promises to produce an informed, incisive look at Marta's remarkable career in U.S. foreign policy and the mechanics of contemporary diplomacy.
