
As Miami's Design District continues to explode with wildly architectural storefronts and top-of-the-line flagship boutiques, luxury furniture brands are snapping up real estate as quickly as they can, hoping to capture the interest of a new crop of international shoppers furnishing contemporary homes in the city. The latest to open its doors? Italian furniture brand Minotti.
"It's the latest destination," says partner Siamak Hakakian of Miami's buzzy shopping area. "People can go from store to store, they can go to lunch. We want to be close to all of that."
