Italia Independent and Ducati Moto Holdinghave signed a three-year collaboration agreement for the design and manufacturing of co-branded products for the Italian motorcycle company's Scrambler label. The first fruits of the partnership will be unveiled at the upcoming Art Basel international fair, running Dec. 3 to 6 in Miami.
