The ninth annual San Diego Italian Film Festival opens next Tuesday with 12 new films ranging from comedies to documentaries to dramas. All but one of films are San Diego premieres, and one is having its U.S. premiere.
Venues include the Museum of Photographic Arts, La Paloma Theatre and UltraStar at Hazard Center. The kickoff film, "O'Mast," is a documentary about the world-renowned Neapolitan tailors that will screen at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at the photography museum.
