A concert of works by Respighi, Poulenc, and Nino Rota where, in addition to the exploration of innovative harmonies and the restoration of ancient musical materials from the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, the pleasure of pure singing is the leading feature of the musical core. Clarinettist Valentina Sbicego and pianist Roberto Turrin both studied at the Tartini Conservatory in Trieste and have recorded with RAI, the Italian state television, as well as performing internationally.
