Galbani, "Italy's favorite cheese brand," has partnered with Pizza Amore, the first wood-fired pizza truck, and The Cheesy Chick, Buffalo's specialty grilled cheese truck, for a two-week program highlighting new, limited-time only signature dishes as they prepare to wow guests with more delicious bites at the upcoming Galbani Buffalo Italian Heritage Festival. With the purchase of a Galbani signature dish from either location, guests will receive a $1 off admission coupon to the Galbani Buffalo Italian Heritage Festival at the Outer Harbor.

From Tuesday, June 27, through Monday, July 3, The Cheesy Chick will offer the "Galbani Meatball Mediterranean," featuring Galbani Mozzarella, Galbani Ricotta, Galbani Grated Parmesan, meatballs, tomato sauce and fresh pesto layered between thick-cut Italian bread; and the "Galbani Strawberry Basil Prosciutto" with Galbani Fresh Mozzarella, seasonal strawberries, basil leaves, sliced prosciutto and a Balsamic glaze on thick-cut white bread for summer takes on a comfort food classic.
