Defending champion Real Madrid of Spain and Italy's AS Roma will play in the Dallas area this summer as part of the Guinness International Champions Cup, to be played from July 26 to Aug. 4. The game is scheduled for July 29 in Arlington. AT&T Stadium has made no formal announcement regarding the game but appears to be the likely location.
Sun Life Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins, will again host the final. Other sites include Charlotte, N.C.; Chicago; Denver; East Rutherford, N.J., or New York, or both; Glendale, Ariz.; Philadelphia; Pittsburgh; and Washington. Two additional cities are to be announced Feb. 20. Also slated to take part are Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool of England; AC Milan and Inter Milan of Italy; and Olympiacos of Greece.
