They arrived just before dusk on Wednesday, February 19, at the Emergency Room of the Galeazzi Hospital in Milan. No sirens, but surrounded by great curiosity. The “patients” arrived at this advanced healthcare facility, which has been operational since August 2022 on the outskirts of Milan, transported by Arterìa – a company specialized in the handling and installation of works of art.

One by one, they were gently placed on movable stretchers and taken to the entrance of the imaging room, where, after being carefully freed from their containers, they were laid inside the diagnostic imaging machines, including CT scans and X-rays.
