According to a recent post from Chicago Food Chat’s forum, Ascione Bistro and Cafe will be expanding to Skokie inside the Highpoint at 8000 North, located at 8000 Lincoln Ave. A representative of Ascione Bistro and Cafe did not immediately respond to What Now Chicago’s request for comment.
While an official opening date has not yet been confirmed, with two separate spots occupying the ground floor storefront of the building according to the forum, this Italian-focused restaurant promises a culinary adventure that embraces a plethora of influences and cuisines.
