On September 19th, at 2:00pm Alec Baldwin introduces Then & Now (http://www.culturalprojectnyc.org/). Little Italy born photographer Dom Quartuccio reshot subjects he originally photographed 70 years ago, escorts Mr. Baldwin through the diverse, living history and culture of NYC's Chinatown-Little Italy Historic District (http://chinatownandlittleitaly.com) and Lower East Side exhibition.
