Speaker: Dr. Christine Noschese, Associate Professor, Department of Radio, Television, Film, Hofstra University, is an Emmy Award-nominated writer, director, and producer of documentary and fictional films that reflect her working-class background and feminist perspective. Her newest film, Brooklyn Roses, is a film memoir that was nominated for three Academy Awards and won the BAFTA Award for the Best British Film.
